2003年8月起于浙江大学附属第一医院麻醉科从事临床麻醉工作,研究课题是关于麻醉药的药代动力学和药效动力学。于2001年获得国家级实用新型专利一项,名称为:一种口服药物吸收速率常数计算尺。近5年以第一作者或者通讯作者在国内一级和一级以上的期刊发表论文15篇,其中被SCI收录5篇,本专业TOP期刊1篇。
主要研究有异丙酚的群体药代动力学和群体药效动力学;老年患者咪唑安定的群体药代动力学和药效动力学;根据咪唑安定的代谢特征术前评估脂肪肝患者的肝脏储备功能;终末期肝脏疾患的患者咪唑安定的代谢特征;老年患者罗派卡因的药效动力学;麻醉诱导对乳酸林格氏液体动力学的影响;羟乙基淀粉急性血液稀释对异丙酚的药效动力学的影响;幼儿乳酸林格氏液体动力学的特征。
