个人简介
浙江大学医学院附属第一医院特聘研究员。在美国圣路易斯华盛顿大学医学院进行博士后训练,主要研究方向为真核细胞内遗传信息质量监控系统的分子调控机制。围绕DNA复制压力下应答机制研究,首次发现细胞通过激活胞浆钙信号来维持停滞复制叉结构稳定性,并发现cGAS-STING通过激活TRPV2介导的内质网钙释放来应答复制压力,揭示了其固有免疫之外的又一非经典功能。利用全基因组CRISPR/Cas9敲除技术,对无义介导的mRNA降解途径(NMD)的调控因子进行了系统性筛选,发现RNA剪切体复合物的多个组分能够促进NMD,靶向NMD关键激酶可作为一种新的合成致死策略治疗由剪接体突变造成的急性髓系白血病。以一作/共同一作在Mol Cell,Nat Commun, Cancer Res等国际学术期刊发表多篇研究论文。
