个人简介

浙江大学医学院附属第一医院特聘研究员、浙江大学硕士研究生导师。斯坦福大学长期访问学者。长期致力于感染性疾病的精准诊疗技术研究，尤其聚焦于病原体快速分子检测及病原宏基因组高通量测序（mNGS）等复杂分子检测技术的标准化和临床转化研究领域。

作为项目负责人，主持国家自然科学基金2项，承担国家重大专项、国家重点研发计划、浙江省“尖兵领雁+X”攻关计划等研究任务。以第一/通讯作者身份在 npj Digital Medicine、EBioMedicine、Clinical Chemistry、Journal of Infection 等国际权威期刊发表科研论文50余篇。h-index 25。研究论文入选“领跑者5000-中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文”。

入选 SIFIC 2023“优秀中青年临床微生物学者”。兼任中国医师协会检验医师分会临床微生物学组委员等学术职务，参与制定国家标准与专家共识，推动分子诊断技术的规范化与临床应用。
