个人简介
毕业于北京协和医学院临床检验诊断学专业。目前主要从事临床微生物鉴定及感染诊断；病原分子方法的研发、转化及临床应用评估工作。斯坦福大学医学院 长期访问学者。主持国家自然科学基金2项，承担国家重大专项、国家重点研发计划和浙江省“尖兵领雁+X”研发攻关计划 研究任务各1项；起草GB/T国家标准3项；撰写专家共识4项；参编《新型冠状病毒感染临床检测技术》、《高通量测序技术》 、《临床分子诊断应用案例》等书籍5部；以第一/通讯作者身份发表科研论文40余篇。h-index 22, 总被引 >1500次。
