个人简介

 浙江大学“百人计划(临床医学)”研究员、博士生导师。获武汉大学外科学博士与法国Paris-Saclay大学肿瘤学博士学位。从事肿瘤免疫原性与免疫监视的基础及临床转化研究。采用分子细胞生物学、遗传学及肿瘤模式动物等手段研究: (1)肿瘤免疫原性的来源及调控机制; (2) 神经-代谢-免疫复杂网络在肿瘤进展中的作用; (3) 抗肿瘤药物筛选及分子药理机制。近年来以第一/通讯作者(含共同)在 Signal Transduct Target Ther (2X)J Hematol Oncol (2X, 高引论文)、J Immunother Cancer以及eLife等期刊发表论文20余篇,总引用超4000次,H指数29。获上海市“浦江人才计划”支持,主持国家自然科学基金青年及面上项目。

研究方向

  围绕肿瘤抗原的产生、鉴定、调控及识别机制展开研究。关注情绪、睡眠、饮食、运动、肥胖、衰老等宏观应激因素如何调控肿瘤免疫原性与免疫监视功能,旨在系统解析其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制。
