个人简介
周承，副研究员。多年来致力于感染性疾病和变态反应疾病的免疫发病机制和免疫治疗的研究。首次报道了中国存在着摇蚊变态反应，并获国家教育部科技进步奖；在从事免疫球蛋白亚类转换的分子机理研究中，发现IL-4单独即能诱导AID酶的表达，并且是通过激活JAK-STAT6信号转导通路，受CD45调控；证实CTLA-4胞外段与HBsAg融合表达重组质粒免疫动物，具有打破HBV免疫耐受的作用，揭示了重组质粒pCTLA-S在HBV感染的免疫预防和治疗中均有潜在的应用价值。主持了多项国家级和省部级课题（其中世界卫生组织项目1项，国家自然基金3项，浙江省自然基金1项），发表了30余篇相关论文，参编著作1部。
